KEYS

We recommend keeping a set of keys with your pet sitter at all times.  When not in service, PetPal keys are locked in a secure location. Keeping a key with PetPal not only saves the cost of pick-up and return fees but, in the event that you find yourself locked out of your own home, you can call PetPal for a free emergency key run to get you back into your home.

INITIAL MEETING

This meeting is free of charge and is the most important thing that you can do to ensure satisfaction for you, your pet, and your sitter.  This is the time to clarify the particular services needed and to discuss peculiarities of both your home and pet.  Taking the time for this meeting makes your sitter’s service visit more comfortable for everyone; you, your sitter and especially your pet.

TATTLE “TAILS” REPORT

We leave a written note telling you how and what your pet did while you were away.  Upon your return you can read about how your pet reacted to each visit from your sitter.
